Getting "Princess" Eliana to eat vegetables has been a challenge! As a baby Zachariyah would at least eat a few vegetables, but little miss Eliana has decided that since she is a princess she doesn't have to!! She loves fruits of all kinds and will happily devour anything sweet! But when it comes to veggies, they have to be cleverly disguised!! The only vegetables that I have been able to get her to eat is a medley of butternut squash, pumpkin and pears! You see, the pears cleverly disguise the other "stuff" enough so she doesn't even know she's eating vegetables!! Shhh, don't tell her or I might be kicked out of the kingdom!!
